This is the first time I have used a mobile mechanic service and I was very happy with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic, Jeremy, was great. He identified the problem, acquired the appropriate parts and was back the next day to install them. I was also happy with the online Customer Service representative that I dealt with. Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot.
