Excellent service! My 2016 GMC Terrain was losing oil and the engine was idling loud but there was no evidence of a spill on the ground. In an effort to eliminate causes, I started with a tune up and found oil in one of the spark plug wells. I needed a new valve cover gasket. I found the issue on Friday after work. I was able to book the appointment for Sunday between 11am and 3pm. The technician showed up at 12:45. Was efficient. Took pictures. Communicated well and was done in an hour. It was excellent service! I have 4 cars - 2 dispatched to my kids who are in two different colleges. I will be using this company to help maintain their cars as they live more than an hour from home.

Calim (spelljng?) Was great. Very curious and explained the process as he worked on the car. Described different things that could be the issue and started with the minor issues first. The car cranked finally after not being able to. He advised there may be some other issues to tend to once we were ready for him to fix those we can book through instant fix again and he will work on those issues as well. Pleased with the overall services and will use instant car fix again in the future.

I was, first of all, happy to find a place that does work at your house this far out of the city -- saving me days of having no car because it would be at the shop. Secondly, I was happy they allow you to get work done TODAY if you really need it, for a small added fee. Thirdly, the guy they sent, Sergio, did a great job, and explained many details. I was glad too, because this transmission needed a new filter and proper OEM fluid....I had the wrong fluid in (red/pink) and it probably was not doing this high-mileage Cherokee any good. I highly recommend these folks: Isaac who helped with the online scheduling via the phone; and Sergio, for the professional job he did. Instant Car Fix is a much-needed service for anyone in the area and the whole system is easy/quick to do online. Lastly, they do anything & everything for cars and trucks -- not just brakes, shocks & oil changes.....I highly recommend!

I used the Instantcarfix oil change service today. It was very convenient. Team was very professional and helpful. Oil got changed in time, where I was able to do other stuff. Saved me the wait time in the service shops which can be in hours sometimes. Super happy to find this and I will be using it for my future car services. I recommend InstantCarFix. Customer service is awesome. Called at 8am and they answered all my questions and walked me through the process. Sergio showed up in a reasonable time and was very helpful and explained in detail what he had to do. He walked me through each step. My car was as fixed by 2pm. I plan on using them again.
