It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! I had rotors and brake pads change. My brakes started squeaking. The clip was put in wrong and started cutting into my rotors. I paid them to have a diagnosis. The guy showed the clip was not flush to the caliper. Pictures were taken. Showed not fault they did not want to replace my rotor. They are garbage
