This service is very convenient and fairly priced, they won't rip you off like a dealership. I had a number of things replaced in the car that I thought was only possible at an auto shop but the mechanic was able to fix the car up on my driveway. The car was shaking, there was a loud noise and all of that is fixed now. Dealing with them is also a good experience as they are very responsive.

Okay, so the mechanic was about 45 minutes late to my appointment, which normally would frustrate me. However, the entire experience ended up being surprisingly positive.When Jake (the mechanic) arrived, he was extremely apologetic about the delay. He explained there was a complex repair on his previous job that took longer than expected. Instead of rushing through my brake pad replacement, he took the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done.The work was exceptional - he replaced both front brake pads and rotors, checked my brake fluid, and even noticed a minor alignment issue that could cause future problems. Despite the late start, he completed everything within the estimated timeframe and at the quoted price.What could have been a frustrating experience turned into a professional and thorough service.
