I was skeptical of using a mobile mechanic. This company changed that perception really quick! The company kept me updated as to when the mechanic would arrive to perform the diagnostics and informed me of the cost. The mechanic arrived promptly and completed his inspection and diagnosis of the issue, to include showing me what the issue was and explaining what would need to happen to resolve it. The company then sent me an estimate for repair costs along with the typical cost it would take at a regular repair shop. The cost was less expensive with the mobile mechanic. Within one day of placing the order, the parts were available and the mechanic arrived ahead of schedule to replace them. It took two hours and I was quite impressed the mechanic was able to replace the A/C Compressor and the serpentine belt while it was parked in the housing parking lot with another car next to it! Once the mechanic was finished, I was notified promptly and shown the replaced parts and even tested the car by turning it on and went for a test drive. Everything worked perfectly! I highly recommend this mobile mechanic!

I’d give it a 4.5. The mechanic Manny gets a 5 star. He did an awesome job, quick, respectful, and easy guy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted to do with the parts I purchased. The company themselves are a 4.5 only because they sent manny 2.5 hours away from his appointments and the time slots for availability weren’t in the window. So manny got here after 1 hour after the window I chose. When he told me what happened it sounded right because the company themselves said they only know he was on the way and everything is automated. Regardless, I’d use them again.

Amazing service!! Thank you! My elderly mom lives in another state and was in dire need of a battery swap. She had the new battery but it was so heavy she could not lift the old out to replace the new herself. They came out promptly and swapped it out. She is ecstatic now she has her car back after going for months with no transportation. The only thing I think might make the service better would be to offer a senior discount. Otherwise I highly recommend.

The mechanic named Dan/Danny or sounds like it because my husband is the one who talked with him is very professional with his job He really knows the detailes and we can highly recommend him to anyone. We really love the service because they will really help you in any way that they can!
