I was very skeptical about trying this because I’ve never heard of anything like this but this whole thing saved me a lot of time, money and stress. It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer!
