My car needed its 70K service, and I didn't want to pay dealership prices or spend 2-3 hours sitting there. So I brought up Google and then Yelp to search for mobile mechanics, and Instant Car Fix was the first mobile service I found. I spent some time conversing with the agent via chat to get a quote and negotiate a bit, as my price wasn't too far off from the dealership. However, they were coming to me, and time is money, and spending 2-3 hours at the dealership isn't a good use of time or money. So I scheduled the service. I was kind of leery about authorizing payment ahead of time; especially since I just had another mobile service do brake work and I paid them onsite after the job was completed. But the mechanic came at the time we discussed and was ready to get started. Unfortunately he spoke very little English and I don't speak any other languages. We were able to make it work but I did make note to speak with the agent I had been chatting with to let her know of the language barrier problem, which I wasn't expecting when I booked it. I still keep going back to the price of the service, especially the labor rate for how little work needed to be done to the car. I will likely use this service again, but I may price it out with other mobile services. All in all, I liked the overall experience, the completeness of the mechanic and how easy it was.

I was traveling on business, and my brakes began to make noise. Gary from Instant Car Fix responded to my Yelp search, and within a day, I was back on the road. Danny, the mechanic, came out and diagnosed my vehicle and sent the information to Gary, who ordered my OEM parts, and the next day Danny came and fixed my truck. I never missed a meeting. Wonderful service- I would highly recommend!!! Our Honda’s starter went out on us on a Sunday. After it proved too much for us to self fix, I posted a project on Yelp- I’m so glad Instant Car Fix reached out. With a few communications back and forth we had everything lined up for servicing Monday. There was great day-of communication as well, which was helpful as my car was not close to home. The service tech was very nice and when we discovered that we (the owners) had bought the wrong replacement part, Instant Car Fix was able to source and get the right one to complete the service same day. Completely happy with communication, prices and convenience.

I was looking for a place where I could get a maintenance done for less money and preferably mobile where they would come to me. This was the place that I chose and through a series of messages with their website assistant, I was able to get scheduled for same day service. The mechanic came, was very knowledgeable and took care of business in a hurry. What would have taken probably 2-2.5 hours at the dealership, was done in an hour by them coming to me. I recommend you giving this company a try.
