Quick and easy experience. Loved that I didn’t have to leave my home. Scheduled late on a Wednesday for the next day. Had to wait for the parts to be delivered so my service was delayed a few hours (my fault for scheduling so late) but the company had great communication and updated me with an eta. Wonderful service- I would highly recommend!!! Our Honda's starter went out on us on a Sunday. After it proved too much for us to self-fix, I posted a project on Yelp- I'm so glad Instant Car Fix reached out. With a few communications back and forth, we had everything lined up for servicing Monday. There was great day-of communication as well, which was helpful as my car was not close to home. The service tech was very nice and when we discovered that we (the owners) had bought the wrong replacement part, Instant Car Fix was able to source and get the right one to complete the service same day. Instant Car Fix was so helpful. My car was in urgent need of front break pads and rotors changed and they came first thing in the morning (almost two hours before their actual opening hours) to my house and serviced my car. Sergio was so kind and fixed the problem perfectly. He seemed so detailed and meticulously changed the break pad and rotors and confirmed with a test drive as well. I will definitely be using car fix for future service needs as well!
